Life Coach

About Joanna

My career has always involved working with people, whether as a Mental Health Nurse or more recently as a Health and Wellbeing Coach. I have worked across all age ranges, supporting people with chronic and acute Mental Health issues, as well as coaching people about their Wellbeing or Life challenges.

In the last five years I have worked with people to achieve their goals, whether that is in life, relationships, or health. I am passionate about Wellbeing and enjoy watching clients flourish.

My approach is multi-disciplinary focussing on both Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. I have found that strengths based coaching works well for many, although more traditional coaching can also be used.

Please get in touch if you would like to find out more.

I look forward to working with you

What to Expect

What can I expect from Coaching?

Before we start you will have explained what you would like to be coached on through our discovery call and we will have exchanged contracts and terms and conditions. We will be clear about our route forward. If you have any questions feel free to ask at any time.

Although I am a Mental Health Nurse I will not be providing a Counselling or Therapy session, although if it becomes clear that this would be the best route for you then I will signpost to an appropriate agency.

What do you, as a Coach, expect from me?

I would be grateful if you turned up to our agreed session on time and prepared to be coached. If you are unsure or unclear about anything I would actively encourage you to ask- there are no daft questions!

There might be times when you have to dig deep and do some hard work (emotionally or mentally). This can be anxiety provoking but I encourage you to do it – I don’t mind if there are tears!!
