Health Coaching

Taking care of your health is becoming a lot more of a personal responsibility.

After careful consultation, an individual, dedicated programme will be arranged to help with any of your health challenges or worries. We will work together to ensure that you gain the maximum out of the programme over 6-8 weeks. All workbooks, weekly exercises and access to the App are included. Examples of Health challenges, although not exclusive:

  • Long Covid
  • Weight loss
  • Nutrition and optimum diet.
  • Living well with Chronic conditions.
  • Living well with Chronic pain
  • Adjustment to life after a major health diagnosis.
  • Living with Cognitive impairment.

Wellbeing Coaching

Looking after our Mental Health is as important as looking after our physical health.

If Wellbeing is taken into account in our daily lives then our Mental Health will be looked after. After careful consideration of your situation we will formulate a 6-8 week plan. All workbooks, weekly exercises and access to the App are included. Examples of Wellbeing challenges, although not exclusive:

  • Social Anxiety
  • Stress management
  • Coping with exams

  • Inter-personal relationships

Life Coaching

Life is not always a straight line and sometimes a little bit of support is needed to help navigate a current situation.

Life coaching will examine your Core values and use them to navigate a route forward.
