Health Coaching
After careful consultation, an individual, dedicated programme will be arranged to help with any of your health challenges or worries. We will work together to ensure that you gain the maximum out of the programme over 6-8 weeks. All workbooks, weekly exercises and access to the App are included. Examples of Health challenges, although not exclusive:

Wellbeing Coaching
Looking after our Mental Health is as important as looking after our physical health.
If Wellbeing is taken into account in our daily lives then our Mental Health will be looked after. After careful consideration of your situation we will formulate a 6-8 week plan. All workbooks, weekly exercises and access to the App are included. Examples of Wellbeing challenges, although not exclusive:
